#1 Diffuse to create a soothing, restful space.
Set up for sweet dreams by diffusing Lavender English to create a tranquil atmosphere in your bedroom in the evening, and during naptime for your little ones.

#2 Unwind with a calming neck or back massage.
Relax in the evening with a soothing neck or back massage using Lavender English topically or add to carrier oil.  Mix 12 drops of lavender oil per 1 fluid ounce (30 mL) of your carrier oil, lotion, or other moisturizer.

#3 Rub on bottom of feet for restfulness
Integrate into your bedtime routine by applying 2-4 drops to the soles of your feet. This soothing practice can be especially beneficial during periods of anxiety, such as before exams.

#4 Reduce itch and swell from bug / mosquito bites.
Use neat lavender oil on the bite - it instantly quells the itch. It can be especially helpful for spider bites, fire ant bites, and bee stings. You can apply lavender oil directly with your fingers or a clean cotton ball.

#5 Heal minor burns.
Never apply directly to burns. Mix 2-3drops into 1 teaspoon of carrier oil (eg, coconut oil, olive oil). Apply it gently with cotton ball or fingertips. Cover the area if necessary and reapply few times a day as needed. 

#6 Reduce severity of migraine
You can add 2 to 4 drops of oil to 2 to 3 cups of boiling water. Then, inhale the vapors. Or, rub directly onto the forehead, back of ears, back of neck and temples to ease headaches.
