Returns & Exchanges
We ship within 1-2 business days after order is being placed. You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking URL as soon as your package is on the way.
Once your package ships, you will receive an email notification with a shipment tracking URL which allows you to see the delivery status of your package.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Sometimes, the carrier does not update the status promptly. Please reach out to us at hello@beautycloset.sg and we will help you with tracking your parcel.
If you would like to change the shipping address, please email hello@beautycloset.sg. However, if the package has already been shipped, diversion cost might incur.

We regret that you did not receive your order well. Please contact us at hello@beautycloset.sg within 15 days of receiving the order. Kindly indicate your order number and picture of what you received and we will assist promptly with a replacement or refund.
Upon receiving your returned item (if necessary), your replacement item will be sent to you within 2-4 business days Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks to original mode of payment.

We accept exchanges for items in unopened, original packaging. Regrettably, we do not refund for change of mind.

We will be responsible for the shipping fees in case of a replacement for defective or wrong order. However, for exchanges, customers will have to pay for shipping cost of returning and sending out items.
In an unlikely event of refund, we'd request you to return us the refund item and the free gifts that went along (if any). If the item cannot be returned, shipping fees will not be refunded. If the free gifts are not returned, they'd be deducted from the refund value.
