‘Peppermint English’ has an invigorating aroma that can help create a focused environment when diffused and can create a cooling sensation when applied topically, especially after physical activity.


#1 Diffuse to create a focus and energised environment.
Diffuse Peppermint while working or around kids while doing their homework to help improve concentration and mental clarity.

#2 Rub 1-2 drops on back of neck and wrists to keep focused.
Its refreshing aroma and cooling sensation will help you stay alert when you need to remain sharp and productive during extended periods of work. A natural pick-me-up for long meetings!

#3 Use topically to relieve fatigue and muscle tension.
Rub onto sore muscles after workout to ease away tension with its cooling soothing sensation.

#4 Relieve mild digestive discomfort.
Mix 1-2 drops of Peppermint with a carrier oil (eg. coconut oil) and rub onto the abdominal area. It can help ease indigestion and bloating and reduce symptoms of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome).

#5 Steam inhalation for respiratory relief (eg. congestion or coughing).
Add 3-5 drops of Peppermint to a bowl of hot water. Inhale the steam deeply for 5-10min. The Peppermint vapours will help open up the airways.

#6 Refresh indoor space (eg. car, hotel room, meeting room, toilet)
Drip 3-4 drops directly onto the carpet or toilet bowl will go a long way in revitalizing the atmosphere and making the space more inviting and pleasant.

How to Use


A safe dilution ratio is 1-2 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil per teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil.


Fill the diffuser with water and add 5-7 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil into the water. Turn on the diffuser to disperse the aroma. Or use according to manufacturer’s instruction. 


Our essential oil bottle can fit into any nebulizer device designed for 10ml bottles.


For topical application (with or without dilution), always do a patch test on a small area of skin first to ensure there’s no allergic reaction or skin sensitivity to the oil.
Do not apply too close to eyes, nose or mouth.
